Our 99 rooms and 1 suite (75% are non smoking) have air conditioning. They are all fitted with LCD TV, Pay TV, minibar, individual safe. Some of them are designed for up to 3 people. They sometimes have a private terrace with a panoramic view. For your meetings, the Holiday Inn Paris Montparnasse - Avenue du Maine has 3 major meeting rooms and 1 small room; all illuminated by natural light and can accept up to 80 people.  The hotel is conveniently positioned close to bus, rail and metro stations to give you quick and easy access to the major attractions in and around Paris. In addition, the 14th arrondissement has a wonderful range of well-priced, good quality restaurants serving excellent food in attractive surroundings. The Cartier Foundation/Fondation Cartier for contemporary arts is less than 10-minute walk away and the famous market and jazz venues on rue Daguerre are even closer! My only negative comment was the breakfast - which at 15 euros was not very good value for money. Almost all the cafes in the vicinity served similar continental breakfast options for between 7.50-10 euros.
